Imagine Flag Rugby Skills are available for all ages and skill levels. Each skill comes with its own instructional card to help you set it up and introduce it for your players. You can download each skill as a single PDF or you can download the entire manual of skill cards on our Resources Page. Ball Familiarization

To have players become familiar with the shape and size of a rugby ball.
